She earned her Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Florida (2003) and later completed the Legal Nurse Consulting program at Kaplan University (2009). After spending time working in both pediatric intensive care and pediatric home health, she took a break from professional nursing to be a full-time Mom to her two young daughters.
