Alicia Keys and husband Swizz Beatz have finally found a buyer for their Manhattan penthouse, which they listed a year ago for $17.95M. It's a good thing, too, as the pad doesn't exactly have a history of a quick turnaround; it took eight years for Lenny Kravitz to sell the albatross to Keys, who finally settled on the place for $12.75M in 2010.
